Hello, let me introduce myself. My name is Nahom Sereke. I’m a Digital Marketing Strategist, Entrepreneur and Value Investor.

I first became involved in digital marketing when launching my first site in 2006, while I was getting my undergraduate degree. Realizing that “if you build it, they will come” does not apply towards websites, I set my mind on developing the skills needed to expand my audience and drive traffic to my website.

Over the years, I have mostly worked as a consultant while continuing on to launch products to satisfy that entrepreneurial itch. My goal is to drive customers who are ready to buy to my clients and to help them gain traction through user acquisition, user retention, and revenue growth.

I have a passion for entrepreneurship and helping companies navigate the challenges of growing their businesses. I’m constantly inspired by the ever-changing world of digital marketing and the art of leveraging technology for businesses.

I have faced many challenges along the way; a consistent factor in my journey has been the aspiration to always continue learning. I’ve met many wonderful people along the way, the experience has been amazing which helped me grow as an individual and as a professional.

Another passion of mine is investing; I bought my first stock at the age of 12, with money that was given to me by my uncle. I did get an excellent return on his investment (which was more dumb luck than careful analysis of companies’ future prospects and intrinsic value).

After reading The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham, I felt that I had finally found the principles to base my investments on. Reading the book for the first time was a truly inspiring experience and since that day, I have approached my investing from a value-oriented framework.

When I’m not working, you can often find me on the Tennis court (played college tennis) or waking up really early on the weekends to watch my favorite soccer team Arsenal (coyg).

My plan is to share some of my thoughts and ideas on this site, which will focus mostly on marketing, value investing and entrepreneurship.
